Great game. I have not been this excited about our team since the 13-3 season. I knew or I should say I called it a close hard fought typical NFC East battle. That would have us win a close one. I felt neither team would run away with it and neither team did. I am very proud of our guys all across the board.

So lets have your votes. Who gets the MVP for week 9?

I voted for wade for having the defense ready to rock and roll.

Roy gets it from me this week. Wade deserves it as well. But I am one who believes you give the MVP to only one. So for this week Roy gets my vote. He has had a very RUFF time on the field and through the media and fans since arriving in Big D.

He had a break out game finally against a HUGE Division Rival with a very good Defense. Roy did not have a better game then some of the other guys on the list. Many deserve a vote...but Roy IMO over came a lot in last nights game. So He gets my week 9 vote.

Had to give it to Wade for calling a good game and for the D coming up big. They stuffed the eagurls on short-yardage coversions all night long. Outstanding game.

Tony Romo.

Our running game was stuffed last night and if it hadnt been for Romo we would have had no offense what-so-ever.

21/34 307 yards 1 TD 1 INT 88.7 QB rating

This was a huge game and he brought it. This is the QB we have all waited for Tony to be.

I went with Ratliff, he's a beast, I wish we had more motors like him.

I think DC is looking more at the fact that Newman shutdown Jackson. Jenkins' INT is awesome, but you have to give credit to a CB that can shutdown one of the most explosive WRs in the league.

One thing to remember about this game though is that Newman did not shadow DeSean Jackson like he normally does. This was one of the first games that I can recollect that they've let the corner cover whoever was across from them. The reason for this was due to Mike Jenkins' emergence. I was reading about this in an article this morning actually how it was strange that they did not have Newman shadowing Jackson.

So to be fair, Mike Jenkins and Terence Newman shut down DeSean Jackson. Though it was mostly Newman who ended up with Jackson.
