Not sure how or why the doctors feel they can say this so early on, but the latest word is that he does have some motor skills in moving limbs and he is responding well to his initial treatment! Amazing!
I still think it's way to early to say such a thing, but if his doctors do feel that they can say that, then it must have some measure of assurance behind it! GREAT news! :) :) :)
