Running backs will be the prominent position taken in the first two rounds of most drafts, but wide receivers will be a close second. Despite decreased numbers from stars like Braylon Edwards, Chad Ochocinco and Terrell Owens in 2008, a new breed of wideouts that's led by Larry Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson and Calvin Johnson is still certain to warrant a very prominent position in most draft formats.

That makes it imperative to know the latest news on depth-chart battles, injuries and how player values have changed since last season to be completely prepared for your fantasy football draft, not only among wideouts but at the tight end position as well.

Here's our look at the wide receiver and tight end situations for all 32 teams and how these scenarios will affect 2009 fantasy drafts.
