I dont think women should ever fight, to me that is just stupid. Guys do it and I understand that, its a barbaric thing. Female boxing and MMA just isnt attractive to me, its not "lady like". I dont know how to explain it, Im not trying to be sexist, so I hope you get what Im saying.

Ok in the first video shes not attractive, but Ive seen some pics and she is pretty sexy. However, its a turn off to see a woman fight. Women shouldnt act like men, its just not attractive. I mean, seeing a woman with blood coming down her face and a black eye just doesnt get me going, sorry. :D

Eric about Gina in particular. I just think She is really Hot. I enjoy the whole Boxing and fighting sport. I always have since I was a little boy. My Grandmother was a HUGE Friday night fights fan and I grew up watching them with her and caught the bug at a very early age.

You just do not see Women fighters that are in the sport that are as good looking and sexy as Gina is. So I LOVE Gina because she is sexy and hot. The Fighting part of it has nothing to do with Her looks though. Once the bell rings the looks for me are not important. Gina is just a very good fighter...and the looks do not hurt. LOL

I see a star in the making with her fighting wise. She is only getting started and can use her looks and skills to really get the popularity of women fighting to take off. She has already in a short period of time caused the fighting world to take notice of women fighters as a serious sport rather than just eye candy.

I respect that. So when I watch them fight (Women) it has nothing to do with their gender. It has everything to do with me being a big fan of competitive fighting. In the past I never watched much Women fighting because it was a joke. It was used just to try to get guys to tune in because they were pretty faces. Now the sport for Women is being taken seriously. Now that it has become a well controlled put together sport for Women like it has been for decades for men I am starting to take notice. I respect them fighting just like I do the guys as long as they take it seriuously and put in the same amount of hard training time the guys do. Just as long as they go out in the ring and put up a good fight with skill and heart like the guys do I will support it and watch it.

Now Gina just happens to be a very hot sexy fighter that you do not find in the sport or fighting. There are others that cute as well but not at Gina's level. Her American Gladiator face time on the networks has helped her break into the fighting scene as well. I do not care what ploy She uses to get fans to stand up and notice. She is smart to use them for the better of the sport IMO. I will continue to be a BIG fan of hers as long as she does not lose focus of the real reason why she is doing it. For the love of the sport and to help the sport grow the right way. As long as she can do that I will keep on supporting her and pulling for her. Besides her old man is a past Cowboys player. What better reason to get behind her and support her? LOL

I hope I have explained it better for you. I cannot speak for the other guys but all I can do is tell you why I watch and support her/them.

Hey I can respect your stance on it Eric. I was not trying to bring you over or anything. You asked for some of us to explain where we were coming from and why we like it. I was just doing my best to explain it to you. You are not the only person to feel the way you do about it. There are a lot of guys and girls that feel the exact same way. So you are not alone. Did I mention that when you come to see me in May that I have made sure we can kick back and watch women fighting all day long?
