If we do take a WR the kid had better be able to return punts!!!

If you mean at sometime in the draft then, Yes we do have to draft a WR. But is it a priority? No. As long as we keep Austin then we should be OK at the receivers position and should try to pick up something in the later rounds but wouldn't waste an early pick on one. What I really would like for us to do is pick up a proven veteran receiver at a good price. Why? Because as of right now none of our receivers have much experience. Crayton is going into his 6th season and Roy into his 7th season but both don't have big game experience and Hurd, Austin, and Stanback are fairly young. If we could bring in a Holt, Harrison, etc. type of guy I think it would be great. T.O. did alot to show the young receivers how things should be done although he also showed them some wrong things too.

If Austin does leave for NY then we should draft one but in the later rounds, I like Demetrius Byrd. He's tall and real fast and doesn't have brick hands. He just never produced like his talent. And we would need to get one of the guys on the market, either Holt, Harrison, or if Jerry Porter is still out there maybe him too but only for the Vet's minimum
