Still Think Browns Suck this year?

Its starting to creep up on me that these Browns, may actually have a better year than expected. Quinn continues to look good for them, Joe Thomas is doing pretty good in blocking. Jamal Lewis looks good, Edwards and Winslow look in sync out there, and Crennel has their 3-4 improving. At first I thought they were a 3-13 or 6-10 team at best, but I'm starting to see some life in these losers...

God I sure hope not. It would be just our luck though for them to end up being the surprise of the NFL. Still...I'll believe it when I see it during the regular season.

I think it's too early to tell. I'm pretty sure they don't even plan on starting Quinn. Apparently Crennel wants a veteran QB to start. I'm not worried.

To answer the question yes I do still think it as they still got to play the bangals, ravens and steelers twice.

I'm still sticking with 5-11 and top five pick! ;)

Well they still have to face the Ravens, Steelers, and Bengals twice each. That almost surley accounts for 5 if not 6 losses.

I have to admit, I was dreaming of a Brady Quinn sighting in Dallas, right after Matt Lienart was selected by Arizona in last years Draft.

I still agree with the trade, you just couldn't pass that up, but if the Browns do have a good year, then that trade looks far less appealing.

Less appealing for a top 10 pick but to have (2) first rounders period can definitley make you a player in the League

Agreed. Especially if we find ourselves needing to Draft a CB and a RB.

So true as it seems like we definitely need CB's to backup Newman and Henry next yr

I am not sure how good they will be... but it wont take much for the trade to lack in luster if it turns to a 15 to 18 pic.

I think a lot of people are counting on a top 10 pick from the Browns coupled with our 1st pick to bring Darren McFadden (Jr) here.

No McFadden. Yes CB's.

I'm not too worried about the Browns. They'll pop off 6 wins at best, and i'm fine with that.

Nice yuppie vehicle, lc.......old man!

Well why dont we look at their schedule....

They are most likely losing all their division games. So thats 6 losses. The only teams they have a chance against is Oak, Mia, Hou, Ari, and Buf. They are on the road against arizona and oakland. I think the only team that is worse than the browns that they are facing is the bills, bc they just straight up suck. I think the browns are gonna go 2-14 or 4-12 the best. They have no secondary at all. There offensive line is decent only and their recieving core is weak. There running game will be average at best and theres no way jamal lewis is gonna be able to run behind that line. They are not dominant at ANY position on both sides of the ball and there are alot of weaknesses on both sides that teams are easily going to exploit. Look for dallas to have a beautiful pick next year come draft day and im looking forward to takin someone like darren mcfadden if Julius doesnt perform well this year.

well i think they will go 4-12 but im really hoping the go 3-13 i still think mcfadden would be the pick to choose because he is a franchise back and he can learn a year backing up barber because after this year i dont think the cowboys will resign julius jones if mcfadden falls in their lap
