It's the big 40!

Just as the Cowboy game ended Thursday night my Mom called, while talking to her on the phone I heard her voice behind me. She and my Sister flew in from California to celebrate the weekend together.

Last night we went out for prime rib, tonight we have a hotel rented and we are doing an 80's costume birthday party. I'm going to be Elwood Blues and my best friend Joe (who just returned from 14 months in Iraq) will be Jake Blues.

Fortunately there's no game on Sunday morning as I will need the sleep. My wife is going as the virgin Madonna...but not for long I think.
